Very cute and quaint place in a fantastic location- close to everything! You really can't beat the price. It was the perfect spot for the three of us to relax and get a good night's sleep after a busy day.

This was one of the most interesting rentals I've had with VRBO. I'm always interested in history, and boy, is this place historic, in a good way! Very clean, nicely maintained, solid maple wood floors and trim, cool exposed brick, huge windows. Good location close to most everything (Traverse City isn't that big). Highly recommended.

Great location. We enjoyed the tour of the asylum grounds and the proximity to shops and restaurants. The loft was very cool but beware if you are tall. The stairs to the loft are steep but manageable. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo is a wonderful space and Jennifer made the whole process easy. Plus they were kind enough to leave us a card and gift for our anniversary! We would definitely stay here again.

From my initial experience with Jennifer to the morning of check out, she was phenomenal to work with. She responded almost immediately any time I texted. The loft is super cute. Our girls getaway was so much fun. We loved the loft and the coziness we felt when we first walked in. We really liked the pictures of the asylum in all the rooms. Great way to get a feel of what it was like back in the day. The bed was ultra comfy and the extra beds were just perfect. We would most definitely stay here again. BOOK IT!!!

Host was very helpful and welcoming, access was seamless, we love the location! The unit has character because it's in an old building with a lot of history. We loved being able to walk our dog inside the Commons in the cold winter, which the door was 50 feet away. The Commons has food, shopping, drinks, etc right there.
