With two king bedrooms and a bunk/trundle bed for the kids, there's space for everyone to unwind.
The cozy living room invites you to gather, for movies, playing games, or simply relax, and even includes a daybed for extra guests, or cozy reading spot. The spacious dining area is perfect for family dinners or sharing stories after a day in the sun. This home offers a full kitchen, 3 TV's, laundry room and an oversized backyard with a fire pit and outdoor shower. You'll find two full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo for convenience after a long day at the beach. This home has a gas grill. The owner provides 1 propane tank for use. You are responsible for refilling the tank if needed during your stay.
Whether you are kayaking on the Canal, exploring nearby beaches, or savoring the wildlife views from the back deck. This home is your peaceful retreat close to all the coastal fun.

Dockside Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 10 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Dockside Vacation Rentals also provides a Starter Kit with your rental. Your Starter Kit includes: (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3 oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth,(2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13 gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4 gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste,(1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

No Pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable.
