Welcome to Keener Hollow, your private East Tennessee getaway designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable family gatherings. Set on two secluded acres, this upscale 4BR/3BA home sleeps up to 12 guests and sits perfectly between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Wears Valley, and UT’s Neyland Stadium.

Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the pergola with a TV, relaxing in the electric sauna, or gathering on the 700-square-foot deck with dining space and a fire pit, Keener Hollow offers privacy, space, and amenities for every generation.

Dog-Friendly Property

Keener Hollow is a dog-friendly property featuring a large yard for your furry family members to enjoy. Approved pets are welcome with prior owner approval before arrival. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies to reservations bringing pets and helps cover the additional cleaning, sanitization, and preparation required to maintain our high standards for all guests. Please contact the owner prior to booking or arrival to add pets to your reservation and receive approval.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super cute, very clean, and had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Accessing property was easy. The game room was fun for all. The hot tub was ready and at a perfect temp! The beds and pillows made for a great sleep! We had a late night the night before check out and the host was flexible and allowed a late check out as well.

If you didn’t get the chance this trip, next time you’re back we definitely recommend exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There’s so much to do between the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and all the local attractions that make East Tennessee such a fun place to visit. The back porch is one of our favorite spots, whether it’s unwinding in the hot tub, spending some time in the sauna, or just hanging out by the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. We spent two weeks here for a family vacation with friends and two kids under 3, it was amazing! The outdoor space offered everything you could need with games, the hot tub and outdoor tv for kids while everyone else was sleeping! Close to the smokies for hikes but private and remote. The host was super easy to contact and responsive to all needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The most important thing for me is always bed comfort - sleep is important! All of the beds were very comfortable. Pictures don't do the property justice. I was very pleasantly surprised, roomier than it looked, and the back porch and yard were a peaceful oasis. Had a small issue at the beginning of our stay - owner was very responsive. Convenient location between Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Area views were breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was excellent! It was very clean! Everything felt like new. They thought of everything! Kitchen was fully stocked and they went above and beyond with the extras that a lot of rentals don't do that made all the difference. It was very relaxing as an adult but also super kid friendly for our little ones! We would definitely stay here again!

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Ashley and her family. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and they were incredibly respectful of the home. The house was left very clean, and everything went smoothly throughout their stay. Ashley shared that the home felt extremely clean and like everything was brand new, which we truly appreciate. We’re so glad they enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the extra amenities that help set our home apart — especially for families. It was great to hear that both the adults and kids were able to relax and enjoy the space, from the pool table and kids’ games to the pack-and-play and high chair. One of her favorite features was the hot tub with the TV underneath, which we know is a guest favorite, along with the sauna, fireplace, and covered outdoor porch. The home is designed to be relaxing for adults while still being very kid-friendly, so it’s always rewarding to hear that balance was appreciated. We hope Ashley and her family had an amazing time exploring the area and were able to enjoy Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood — and maybe even make a stop through Knoxville and Neyland Stadium while they were here. Ashley and her family were wonderful guests, took great care of the property, and were always kind and positive in their messages. We had a great time at Keener Hollow! We vacationed with friends for three nights so our families could mountain bike and hike around Knoxville during spring break. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room, plus so many fun extras to keep the kiddos entertained. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The outdoor space was incredible and felt secluded. Even with 10 people, there was plenty of space to hang out together or spread out around the house and property. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals.You can tell that the host was very intentional about creating a lovely home for others to enjoy— and we certainly did!

This property is beautiful. Jason was an amaizng Host. Our house is being remodel so it was only 1 min away which help out so much. Great Experience from July 7 to July 8th for sure.

Lots of room, very comfortable beds, We really enjoyed the location private, also fully stocked kitchen for cooking, which was very nice. Highly recommend.

The home was perfect to get ready for our daughter’s wedding! Location worked as it was close to the venue in Maryville and family staying in Pigeon Forge. The game room was excellent with a pool table and record player. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor space was the BEST with a hot tub and sauna. I’d recommend bug spray since it isn’t screened. With 3 TVs outside, there was plenty of entertainment aside from the games. Jason communicated often and suggested things to do. The house manual provided online was an excellent resource for shopping, dining, etc. We’d definitely stay again when in the area!

This home has been part of my family since the 1960s. It was passed down through generations, and it holds some of the best memories of my childhood. I grew up spending time here, exploring the property, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and experiencing the simple, meaningful moments that only a place like this can give you.

The views, the quiet setting, and the closeness to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountains have always made this area special to me. When I took over the home, I wanted to preserve everything that made it so unforgettable for my family — and open the door for others to experience that same feeling.

My goal is to share this place with guests who appreciate privacy, nature, connection, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after the trip is over. I hope this home becomes a part of your story the same way it has been part of mine.

Keener Hollow stands apart because it offers something that’s surprisingly hard to find in this area: true privacy, modern amenities, and a peaceful setting within minutes of the region’s most popular attractions.

The home sits on two wooded acres, giving guests room to breathe, unwind, and reconnect without neighbors close by. A 135-foot, 10-foot-tall privacy fence lines the back of the property, creating a secluded outdoor space that feels quiet and comfortable no matter what time of year you visit.

The 700-square-foot deck is the centerpiece of the home, featuring a large outdoor sectional, dual ceiling fans, two mounted TVs, a dining area, and a covered hot tub with its own television. Just steps away is a private electric sauna, offering a spa-level experience you won’t find in most rentals. Every element of the outdoor space was intentionally designed to be a place where families and friends gather, relax, and enjoy being together.

Inside, everything is updated and newly furnished, blending modern comfort with warm, welcoming design. The layout is ideal for multi-generation groups, with multiple sleeping areas, a full game room, and plenty of room to spread out.

Another key advantage is location. Keener Hollow is close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Townsend, and the University of Tennessee, yet sits far enough outside the busiest areas to avoid the traffic, noise, and crowds common in the main tourist zones. Guests get the best of both worlds: quick access to the top attractions without being surrounded by rows of identical cabins or feeling like they’re packed into a resort community.

Everything here—from the outdoor setup to the interior design—was built new or fully updated with quality, comfort, and guest experience in mind. Keener Hollow isn’t a cookie-cutter rental; it’s a thoughtfully crafted, private retreat created for travelers who want both convenience and a place that truly feels like a getaway.
