Only the swing and benches will be on the grounds during the winter months.

The pool and hot tub are open only from May to September.



This private retreat is located on a large shared property, but the unit itself has a completely separate entrance, exclusive pool, and outdoor space. You’ll enjoy total privacy - you won’t be sharing amenities or common areas with other guests. The owners live on the property in a separate space, so help is nearby if you need anything - but your stay remains completely private and uninterrupted.

Guests will drive past the first property on the grounds to reach this home - the unit you’re booking is the second one you’ll see as you enter the driveway. The property is spacious, and although there is a commercial storage area at the back where an RV may occasionally be parked or present, this does not affect your visit. You’re welcome to enjoy the space and amenities without disturbance.

Other Things to Note:

▶ All guests must be 30 years of age or older to stay at this property (excluding children traveling with their parents).



▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This townhouse is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the townhouse, including balconies, entryways, windows, and shared hallways. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.



If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the townhouse is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: Guests should place trash in the bins upon departure. The cleaning crew will place the bins on the curb outside of the main gate on Tuesday for Wednesday pickup.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
