We had a fantastic stay! We’re local to Kansas City and booked this rental after attending the World Cup match because we didn’t want my parents driving home at 1 a.m. after taking public transit. The location was perfect—we could easily walk to and from the bus pickup.What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced on Vrbo. I had originally booked one of their other properties, but realized last minute that it wasn’t the best fit for our group. Even though it was a nonrefundable reservation, the host worked directly with Vrbo to help me receive a refund so I wouldn’t lose money. They also took the time to recommend multiple alternative properties they manage based on our needs and location.They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, seamless experience. Thank you for also doing all of this in the 3 days prior to the reservation, cannot say better things for the genuine care for guests!The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs—they absolutely loved it! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or book any of this host’s other properties. If you’re considering staying here, do it. You won’t just get a great rental—you’ll have a host who truly goes above and beyond for their guests.
