Very difficult to access. The spiral stairs are the only way to enter the condo. For disabled or large people, especially carrying luggage, it was extremely uncomfortable. The stairs are so narrow it required even more trips to carry our belongings. There is another unit upstairs, and we could easily hear those occupants walking and children running.The unit itself is nice and comfortable. The location is wonderful. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, and the beach and pier are a short walk away. Parking under the condo has space for two cars for each unit. There was an elevator on the property, but it was locked during our stay, and the email we received with our door code advised it was use at your own risk.
