Summary:

Experience the perfect blend of modern comfort and mountain charm in this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot townhome in scenic Lower Deer Valley. Just steps from the complimentary shuttle to Deer Valley Resort and a short drive to Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons, you’ll enjoy easy access to world-class skiing and stunning mountain scenery.

The Space:

This mountain contemporary 4 Bedroom 2,000 square foot townhome in lower Deer Valley is less than a mile from the slopes, with beautiful lake and ski-slope views, shuttle access all over town and private serene beauty. Our home is located just steps from complimentary slope side shuttle service to Deer Valley Resort, making your trip to the resort quick and convenient. In addition to being adjacent to Deer Valley Resort, our property also provides easy access to Park City Mountain Resort (5-7 minutes) and The Canyons (10-15 minutes). Few locations offer this much world class skiing within 15 minutes of your front door.

Walk into the home on the main level to open living space, contemporary furnishings and lighting, gourmet kitchen with wine fridge and plenty of room for entertaining. A recent renovation has added high end features including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathrooms (master with heated floor), air conditioning, garage heater, ski storage area in garage, and other fine touches to make your experience all the more enjoyable. Boot and glove dryers and efficient washer/dryer will make your next day of skiing comfortable for all. A soak in your private hot tub will have your muscles ready as well.

The first floor offers a great room with HDTV, cozy gas fireplace, an upgraded kitchen, formal dining for 6 and a casual breakfast bar for 4. The main level also includes a queen bedroom with adjacent bath, mudroom and incredible walk out patio space with hot tub and ideal views of lake, open space and mountain scenery. Even an occasional moose!

Stroll upstairs to the second living space with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen HDTV, and additional 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed and beautiful en suite bath, a queen bedroom also with spacious en suite bath and a bunk room with four bunks, adjoining bathroom, and ample play space for the children.

The home boasts a great layout for a single family, or a group up to 12. Garage parking available for 2 vehicles.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We celebrated a Friendsgiving here, and it was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids had ton of fun. The communication was on-point and we just felt like home Thanks Barb!

Nice place, lots of space, great location

We had a great stay at this property. There's a lot of space for sleeping inside and the hot tub/patio has a great view of a nearby pond. Property was clean and well appointed. Would stay there again in the future!

Another great visit

We’ve stayed at this property several times now and it never disappoints! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive! The location is perfect for skiing either Deer Valley or Park City.

Super location and Setting

Great property. We loved the patio setting with table, grill and jacuzzi. Master bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation House

Awesome property

This property is even better than the photos. Location is perfect - close to town but feels secluded. Lots of great walking paths close by. Loved it.

Great place!

The location was very close to Deer Valley Resort as well as Park City Resort. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely 4 bedroom house located in Park City.

Great space and location

Large bedrooms, kitchen and living space great for our group of 8 adults. This is a corner unit so the deck and hot tub feel very private. Close to downtown and St. Regis. Wonderful stay, would love to come back.

great stay for family ski vacation

Well appointed, great location, very responsive owner and property manager. Our 4 kids loved the bunk bed room. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch on chilly mornings. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Super comfy house
