A small "kitchenette" is available as well as an outdoor pool area to use at your leisure.
Convenient location, 10 minutes from the center of West Chester & Downingtown.
Easy parking directly outside of the barn.
Our space is best suited for short term stays, so we limit bookings to one week.

Please note that our Pennsylvania country home may come with occasional rural aromas. If you are particularly sensitive to smells, this may not be the ideal listing for you.
Guest access
Guests are allowed access to the barn, as well as space around that building.
Guests are also allowed access to the pool and lounge area.
