美しい2階建ての2ベッドルームの魅力的な石造りのコテージ。 この素敵な家の特徴は、2階建ての家の前部全体に木製梁の天井と一緒に元の広い板の堅木張りの床です。

花崗岩のカウンタートップとステンレス製の電化製品を備えたキッチンで食べる。 家は、大きな屋外デッキとパティオのある美しく手入れされた区画にあります。

This home was perfect for my family while we were visiting with our extended family in the area. The house is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. This location also gave us easy access to local attractions. The views out every window is spectacular and we enjoyed the evenings sitting on the deck and watching the fireflies!

July 4th in West Grove

This is our third stay in this home. The kitchen is well kitted, comfortable beds, a charming home.The deck has become our go-to space. Comfortable seating, peaceful setting and fire flies every evening.We love this house.

Absolutely Lovely

Staying at The Cozy Cottage (or, as my wife said in her review, Cozy Castle) really made our holiday great.It is so comfortable, well-appointed and interesting!A bonus for us is that it was centrally located between a bunch of family members.

Lovely, welcoming home away from home

My adult sons and I stayed for Easter weekend. It was the perfect size for us and the location was perfect as we were visiting with our families in PA and DE. The kitchen was well stocked we everything we needed. We hope to return for another family get together this summer. Thank you

Wonderful house

My wife and I had a wonderful few days' stay at your property. It was clean, well appointed, convenient to many museums, historic houses, and parks, and in a calm and beautiful location. We would definitely consider staying again or recommending to our friends.

My wife and I have used VRBO over 40 times. This property was perfect for our 4 day wedding weekend trip. The property was as advertised. It was very clean. A great location with the best things to in the area very close by. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. We particularly enjoyed the private deck over looking a horse farm in the distance. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location for touring area and lovely quiet street

Met my adult daughter for a weekend the 2 of us to go to kennett square and Longwood gardens. We also toured a mushroom factory and that was so interesting. The backyard is a joy. We watched horse in next property, a visiting deer. The woods and bushes were a perfect setting for listening to birds. The interior so quaint and the kitchen has everything we need. Beds comfortable. Needed some assistance with something minor in house and response was immediate. Plan on returning as area has so much to offer.

Perfect for UD visit

We had a great time staying here. Property was super clean and accommodating. We wanted a place close to the University of Delaware for graduation and this home fit the bill. Arthur made check in easy and quick. House was stocked with everything we could have needed. The area was nice and quiet and we loved the character of the house. Blended historical charm with modern amenities. The garage parking was super convenient with the rainy weather. Only negative is that we didn’t get to spend more time on the huge deck and back yard due to the rainy weather. Would definitely book again.
