Park your boat right outside your bedroom, The 35 feet dock is only a few steps from your door and offers quick access to the ocean through the intracoastal with no bridges. Please check with us for dock availability before your stay so we can confirm the space works for your vessel.

This beautifully furnished 1 bedroom-1 bathroom condo is a short 6 minute walk to the beach. You can go from morning coffee to sand in your toes in just a few minutes. The heated pool is located directly on the intracoastal and the sunsets here are spectacular, perfect for a peaceful swim or a relaxing dinner on the patio while the boats pass by.

The building has only 8 units so it feels peaceful and private. This is a newly available unit but the building has a loyal following and tends to book up fast,

Pets are welcome with the owner’s approval and an applicable pet fee.

This was our third stay at this property, but our first under the new owners, and it was easily the best experience we’ve had here. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and we were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies on the table.The unit was exceptionally well stocked — from snacks and a full coffee bar to plenty of bathroom essentials. It’s also incredibly quiet and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I arrived in South Florida in 2005 looking for new opportunities, a Venezuelan accent that still refuses to leave me, and a dream to build a life close to the ocean. I fell in love with a Louisiana coonass , the happy chaos of Broward County, a adopted this corner of paradise as my home. After 2 babies and a short term rental property management business, I discovered that real estate was the perfect playground for my energy, curiosity, and my obsession with solving problems.
What started as helping a friend manage her short term rental management business turned into a full career. Today I work with Related ISG International Realty, a team that gives me the tools and support to help clients buy, sell, invest, and grow with confidence. I manage vacation rentals and long term properties through my company Santanreaux Inc and I treat every home as if it were my own. I become my clients' "eyes on site". I communicate, I check, I organize, and I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I love working with international buyers because I understand what it feels like to arrive in a new country and not know who to trust. I speak Spanish, English and some French and Italian when needed, and I enjoy navigating different cultures. I also love the creativity of vacation rentals. I enjoy turning a simple condo into a place that guests remember, with excellent reviews and strong occupancy that makes the investment worthwhile.
When I am not negotiating contracts, promoting properties or staging a property, you will find me playing tennis with my kids, camping and backpacking or traveling somewhere new to recharge my ideas. I believe real estate should be personal, practical and a little fun. It is not only about properties, it is about people, families and new beginnings.
