Lovely victorian home in Mapleton Hill historic district within walking distance of downtown Boulder and local hiking and biking trails . With a fully modern kitchen and multiple outdoor spaces you can enjoy indoor and outdoor entertainment in all the Colorado seasons.
Available for one month or more.
The space
Our home was built in 1898, a lovely historic property with updated amenities including a beautiful chefs kitchen.
Guest access
You will rent the entire home. Three bedrooms upstairs accommodate 5 people but additional guests can be added with air mattresses and a pull out chair in the living room or study.
Other things to note
Pearl Street, with multiple dining and shopping options, is a short 15 minute walk. Trailheads in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, with excellent options for long or short hikes, is a mere 2-blocks west!
