The layout features five comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with quality bedding and blackout shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite is upstairs and features a luxe ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, your personal spa retreat. Additional bedrooms are positioned to offer privacy and flexibility, perfect for families, kids, couples, or solo travellers needing a quiet nook. Three full bathrooms ensure no waiting in line.

Outside, the fully fenced yard beckons for relaxing under the stars, grilling, or simply sipping morning coffee beneath the leafy canopy. Parking is easy with an attached one-car garage plus driveway space.

1. Rule #1: Have fun!!! We want you to have the best time ever in Austin—whether you`re here for work, play, or anything in between!

2. Minimum Stay Requirements:

Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay.

Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!

3. Smoking Policy:

No smoking of any kind inside the house.

Smoking outside is totally fine—just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.


4. No Glitter or Confetti:

It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!


5. Pets:

We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them. 🐶
