Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you loved every minute of your stay and enjoyed the property. We're sorry the sargassum affected your time at the beach; unfortunately, it's a natural seasonal occurrence that is out of our control. We would be happy to welcome you back anytime. Thank you again for choosing us!

The property was great for a large family trip. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, play games, fish off the dock. The location is central to local coffee shops, plenty of amazing restaurants and bars to watch the sunset.

Boat dock facilities were in poor condition. Beach was inaccessible due to accumulated sea weed. Sulfur smell from rotting sea weed was intense. Buildings and surrounding grounds were as advertised, and above average. Ocean views were exceptional. Overall a positive experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our exceptional ocean views and found the buildings and grounds to be as advertised. We appreciate your honesty regarding the boat dock and the beach conditions. While a heavy influx of seaweed is a natural occurrence during the summer months in the Keys, we understand how much it impacts your stay. To address this, we are actively investing in better tools to more effectively manage the seaweed and improve the beach experience for our guests. We are also reviewing the condition of our boat docks for future maintenance.Thank you again for helping us improve, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!

We had a post wedding gathering at this wonderful home. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Putting green, basketball hoop, pool games, etc. and lots of room to spread out and relax. The multiple seating areas were wonderful. The outdoor refrigerators were helpful as well. We were grateful to have spent time here. It could not have been better for us.

The property was outstanding! Beautiful sunrises, tranquil, quiet location, central to many of the Keys attractions. Furnishings were of high quality, kitchen well-furnished. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Outdoor entertainment area below the main house was a lot of fun! Overall, a beautiful property. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Rather disappointed...very misleading description of the property! Main house has 3 bedrooms and so called "guest house," which is just a remodeled garage, is where the remaining bedrooms are located. Very inconvenient, especially, when traveling with children. Even if not...how fun is it to separate while on vacation? As for the host...I am rather very speechless! This is the first time the "property manager" completely ignored any and all communication attempts. Over all, I highly recommend renting elsewhere!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the listing accurately describes the layout of the property, including the main house and the separate guest house. The photos, description, and details clearly indicate that the additional bedrooms are located in a detached structure. There is no intention to mislead, and we strive to present the property exactly as it is so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We understand that this layout may not be ideal for every group, particularly when traveling with children, and we respect that preferences vary. Regarding communication, the property is currently under new management. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had in the past, as responsiveness and guest support are priorities for our current team. We are fully committed to providing clear communication, prompt assistance, and an overall excellent level of service moving forward. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continue improving

We enjoyed our time here with family! There were ten of us, from ages 8 to 69, and everyone had a great time! The property manager, Ralph, called me before we arrived, and met us there when we arrived, and said to call him anytime we had questions, he was great! Also, there was another team managing the messaging feature on the Vrbo app that checked in with us to see if we had any additional questions. The pool was really nice, and the umbrellas nearby provided good shade. There were plenty of towels, and a washer & dryer to do laundry. The outdoor space under the main house was great for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. There are two separate buildings, which we liked because we had three families, so one family stayed in the guest house. It is a remodeled garage, but was very nicely done and very comfortable. The sunrises over the ocean were beautiful in the mornings! The dock was nice for fishing, and the kids caught some interesting fish and even saw a sea turtle. The sandy beach area was a nice place for kids to play in the sand too. This is the time of the year where the seaweed drifts in, but the kids still played in the ocean & used the kayak & paddleboard. The kitchen in the main house was great, and the outdoor grill was nice too. There are nearby grocery stores, Winn-Dixie and Publix, that are easy to get to, and many family friendly restaurants. Marker 88 restaurant is great for viewing the sunset! Overall it was a great experience!
