Welcome to your 5 ⭐️ Annapolis home base for families, sailing crews, and group getaways. This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is located less than 5 minutes from the water and just 10 minutes from historic downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy, waterfront dining, and local events.

Designed with groups in mind, the home offers plenty of space to gather, relax, and unwind. Enjoy a huge private backyard featuring a fire pit, cornhole, and a putting green—perfect for afternoons outside or evenings around the fire. Inside, the basement bar and entertainment area create an ideal space for nights in after a day on the water or downtown.

The fully stocked kitchen makes hosting easy, with multiple appliances, all cookware and utensils, complete dishware, and a dedicated coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea. A large dining area allows everyone to sit together comfortably for meals, games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

The house was perfect. It was nice to sit around with old friends and catch up. Wish it was nice outside. The patio and backyard are adorable!

The Host was very friendly communicative for all my questions. When we arrived, the suite was exactly as described and pictured. It felt comfortable and cozy, while having everything needed to feel like home while traveling. Our favorite place to hang out was downstairs where the couch was stationed centrally to the oversized TV. The upstairs was perfect for relaxing and the backyard is spacious. I loved the deck patio as it is screened in to keep bugs out. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe. A pleasant surprise was the park nearby that we could walk to and enjoy a few times. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Host was welcoming & responsive. The setup of the home was nice. However a few things to note was trash was in the driveway instead of placed in trash bins. There was a sock left on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The main floor shower was extremely slow to drain but no problems down in the master bedroom. I was the 1st to arrive & got in the home with the keyless entry but once the rest of the family arrived i was called to come open the door due to the keyless entry saying battery too low to operate. Thankfully I was inside already. I did contact the host because we were leaving out shortly & he stated the system does not notify them when battery is low. He sent the house cleaner to change the battery.

Very nice place with sufficient amenities. Bedrooms were very comfortable and equally great. Dominick was a great host and I had no issues with anything as he provided every bit of info possible which made my ease of stay fantastic. Will definitely rebook if I’m in the Annapolis area of Maryland.
