This beachfront unit is ideally situated on the 5th floor of the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, offering our guests views of the white-sand beach and the emerald-green Gulf. Our condo blends coastal luxury with the comfort of home. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchen essentials including cookware, tableware, and utensils. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, there are two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and direct access to the balcony, while the guest bedroom connects to a second full bathroom with a shower. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and cable access, and guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit and resort.

The pool area at Pelican Beach Resort features multiple pools, including three outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool for year-round enjoyment. Guests can also relax in one of the two hot tubs, unwind at the poolside Tiki Bar, or enjoy snacks and drinks from the on-site café and convenience store. The resort also offers a fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor gas grills, and 24/7 front desk and gated security. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are provided for guest use, with additional beach service available seasonally.

Our condo is minutes away from premier shopping, restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family. Venture out to explore HarborWalk Village, just 10 minutes away, featuring waterfront dining, live music, and boat excursions. Spend the day shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets or Destin Commons, both a short drive away, or visit Henderson Beach State Park for a peaceful day surrounded by nature. Right across the street, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park offers fun for kids and families. Our stay was wonderful. Great view of the water. The condo was spotless. Everything we needed was right there. One of the best things was my husband walks with a cane and it was such a short walk to get onto the beach. Look forward to going back

We really enjoyed our time spent visiting Destin. The accommodations in this unit were delightful. It was also very appreciated that since the unit was ready and we arrived ahead of schedule that the owner allowed us to check in early. The unit is newly updated and the host left a very nice little care package of starter supplies and snack items which was quite welcoming after our long drive. They also checked in with us to make sure we had no issues which was quite thoughtful. Views were wonderful from the unit despite the less than perfect weather we experienced during our trip. The resort itself is very nice with many amenities available, just too bad the tiki bar wasn’t open during the winter off season. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Pelican Beach four years in a row but it’s our first time in this specific condo. Here are some things we loved: Location within the resort:The unit is located near an elevator that isn’t nearly as busy as the ones in the lobby. It’s also very close to the café, indoor pool, and grilling area. It’s also easy to access the parking garage. Interior:The condo is tastefully decorated in a traditional coastal theme and there are plenty of drawers, hangers, and storage so you can make yourself at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. I really liked the “duo” coffee maker, which allows you to make drip coffee or use k cups. I only used the k cup side and it made really good coffee! I want to buy one for my home! I loved that the primary bedroom and living room had beautiful touch lamps with usb-c and usb-a charging ports. The smaller bedroom also had a lamp with charging ports. You also get two FULL bathrooms and a washer and dryer.The best part is that you get amazing views of the gulf from almost every part of the unit. The living room and primary bedroom have their own sliding doors for balcony access. Exterior:The balcony is equipped with beautiful patio furniture. Several people can sit outside comfortably and enjoy the view. The owner also has a really nice set of beach chairs/umbrella for guest use. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and I just want to go back as soon as possible!

The host was communicative from the start making sure all information needed was given to me upon reserving the condo. The condo itself is beautiful and just as described and pictured. Plenty of space for 6 to share the space and not feel like they are crammed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and anything you may need. Cleaning supplies were also available for any quick cleanups. The bathrooms had plenty of amenities and a lot of linens available. The bedrooms both have ceiling fans and TVs in them. They also have spacious closets for storing personal belongings during your stay. The beds are very comfortable! Everyone in our party had no complaints with the beds/mattresses. We all had some great sleep while here. Not sure if the water, fun & Sun had anything to do with it either. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was definitely a favorite while enjoying my morning coffee. The amenities of the building included 2 pools, 2 hot tubs & sauna and gym. We enjoyed all of them. The premises is well manicured and the pools are well maintained. And being literal steps to the private beach was such a wonderful experience. The condo has 4 beach chairs and umbrella available for your day on the beach. The chairs have an insulated pouch for snacks & drinks and a storage pouch for sunscreen and beach items. The chairs can also be carried like a backpack with the handy straps. There is no actual cooler available so I recommend bringing a soft sided one

What a wonderful vacation at such a beautiful Destin.

What a wonderful location, we had such a great time. The view is a million dollar view and the condo was perfect, and the location beyond excellent and the facility was absolutely THE BEST. Had everything we needed and more. Would love to recommend this location to my family and friends as well as make a trip back myself. I have been to other locations and nothing compares to this one. If you want a great time stay here at Destin.
