Downey is one of the most welcoming and strategically located neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area, as it is close to all the attractions such as Disneyland, beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, museums, parks, golf courses, and many more. At the same time, it has nightlife, restaurants, shopping centers, and its immediate location near major highways such as the I-5 make it an extremely attractive neighborhood.
