Experience the best of AVL from this spacious, stylish retreat! Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or enjoy s'mores around the gas fire pit on the deck overlooking the woods. Start your mornings making fresh waffles with everything provided. Perfectly located near Downtown AVL (15 min), Blue Ridge Parkway (13 min), Biltmore (15 min), and charming Weaverville (5 min). Two living areas, a great kitchen, and groceries just 1 min away.

Our small team is always happy to help and responds to questions and concerns between 9am and 10pm EST.

We are Asheville locals and have lived in the area for 45 years. We take pride in providing everything you'll need for a pleasant and peaceful stay in a very clean and comfy home.

Lake Louise Park is 5 min away with a paved walking/jogging trail, new playground, picnic tables and ducks!

Beaver Lake is also a quick 5 min drive. There is a walking trail there as well as at the Bird Sanctuary trails.

The home offers 1800 sq ft over 2 levels in an established residential neighborhood just north of Downtown Asheville.

**Please note that both full baths are accessed thru the queen bedrooms**

Christine’s place was great. Check in very easy, home was very clean and comfortable. Great location, within minutes of all Asheville has to offer. Christine is a great host, always answered our requests within minutes. Would definitely rent there again.

Cozy Mountain Home

My family and I loved our time at this home! It was the perfect location for our getaway. It was close enough to the city to easily get to and from, but far enough away to feel at peace on the quiet mountain side lot. We would definitely stay again.

Easy Access to all of Asheville

Wonderful view of the wooded area from the living room and the deck. Nice separation of space for my husband and I upstairs and 2 adult sons downstairs. Large grocery store just down the street. Easy drives to downtown, the Biltmore and further destination hikes if feeling the need to explore. Enjoyed our visit!

Lovely home, perfect for our Asheville visit

This recently remodeled home is beautiful and impeccably clean, yet comfortable for a family vacation. With a 12 and 14 year old, having separate spaces while traveling is becoming more important. This home has three bedrooms and 2 separate living/hang-out spaces on 2 levels, which was perfect for us. Check-in and check-out was easy and stress-free. There is an Ingles just down the hill as well as quick access to I-26. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Asheville Getaway with Family

We enjoyed staying here for easy access to Asheville and surrounding areas. We also learned what a cute town Weaversville is nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked to enjoy home cooked meals along with games/tv in the evening. We will be sure to stay here again for our next planned visit.

Enjoyable Accommodations

Location just outside Asheville with quick access to main thoroughfare. House had everything needed to feel right at home. Enjoyed the upper deck in the evening after returning from our adventures of Asheville and surrounding area. If you needed any groceries, the local market was just down the corner and so convenient.

Peaceful Retreat

Accommodations were perfect, everything we needed was provided! Loved sitting on the back patio for morning coffee, felt like we were in the middle of the woods, listening to the birds, beautiful scenery!
