Welcome to luxury mountain living at Blackhouse at Mountain Ash, a stunning retreat tucked into the heart of the Smokies. This beautifully designed cabin blends upscale comfort with a warm, modern mountain aesthetic—perfect for families, groups, and travelers looking to relax in style.

Step inside the main level and you’re greeted by an inviting open-concept living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a cozy living room made for gathering. There are large windows throughout overlooking incredible Smoky Mountain views! Just off the living area, the master suite includes an oversized bathroom, generous closet, and private access to the screened porch where the hot tub awaits. A dedicated workspace is available for guests who need to balance relaxation with productivity, and a second guest bedroom adds comfort and flexibility. The deck on this level offers additional seating and stunning panoramic views.

The lower level is built for fun and connection. A comfy lounge area with games and a kitchenette sets the tone for easy snacking and hangouts. The theater room delivers that big-screen experience, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. You’ll also find three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a covered deck to enjoy the peaceful mountain escape.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Indulge in the luxury of the spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, and access to the screened porch with hot tub. It includes a huge attached bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, dual vanities and an oversized master closet.
* Bedroom #2 (Main Level): The main level guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and storage space. There is a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom door.
* Bedrooms #3, #4 & #5 (Lower Level): The lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, Smart TVs, and plenty of storage space. Two of the three bedrooms overlook stunning Smoky Mountain views. There are two shared full bathrooms on the lower level.
** Additional Sleeping: Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway/front entrance.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
