Lovely property with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location for Cedar Point and exploring the nearby islands. Communication with property owner was easy and our questions were quickly answered.

A wonderful stay!

We've had the pleasure of staying at this property several years ago and it was just as wonderful now as it was then. The location is great, the unit is very clean, well stocked, and the view is great. Check in is so easy, and communication with the host is excellent. This is a great place for a couple or a family. We can't wait to return!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a plus. Walking distance to downtown’s restaurants and so close to Cedar Point. Sunsets were magical. We will be back!

Check in was easy. It’s nice that there is an attendant at the gate who was very helpful. It is very well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved how close we were to everything. Two different ferries are a minute walk away. There is a lovely view of the park, water and Cedar Point. You really can’t have a better spot as a base point to so many things in the area.

Fantastic Time at a Great Place

Property fantastic and exactly as described. Stayed there while we went to Cedar Point. Walked to dinner each night downtown. Live music one night and food trucks at the pier. View was awesome.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time! My husband and I loved watching the boats and being so close to everything. Our teen daughter loved having the loft beds and our son really enjoyed the gaming table. We hope to be back soon!

Great View!

Nice loft apartment close to Cedar Point and Kalahari with a great view! Dan was easy to work with, gave detailed instructions and seemed eager to further improve the experience of his property. Classic arcade table was a novelty for kids and nosyalgic for adults. Pool access was a plus as well. A few minor details, but overall great experience!

Loft Vacation

The property was very secure from the front gate to the front door. Residents were very friendly. Views are awesome and lots of action at the Jackson Street Pier. “Goodtime” boat rides coming and going. Live music at the Pier Thursday night that you could hear from the room. It was a very nice place to stay and would consider staying again. Very close to Cedar Point and Sports Force Park. Close to downtown Sandusky. Brick Oven Pizza is delicious. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Great location

My family had a condo in Port Clinton when I was a kid so I'm fairly familiar with the "shores and islands" area. This Sandusky condo was in great shape, was a great location, and had so many added bonuses. One of the big added bonuses was a gated parking lot for the complex. The view from the condo was amazing, I could've stared out the window all day it's such a great view of the bay. It's probably one of the most underrated areas, giving guests quick access to Cedar Point and the islands at a much better overnight price than staying on-site at either. A side note to boaters, we kept our boat on a trailer at a nearby marina. The nearby public ramp was within a half mile of the condo.

Priced right but shouldn’t be called “luxury.”

I'll start with the good, and there's plenty... The owner was very kind, professional and responsive. Example/ Prior to arrival I asked if the unit includes a fan (we need to dry wet sailing clothes each day) and he said no, but he'd find one for us and sure enough it was waiting in the unit upon our arrival. The location is fantastic and so are the views and the surrounding down town area...charming and far quieter than you'd expect. The a/c worked very well, including the loft area with its high ceilings. The place also seemed pretty clean. Although it's very hard to compare pricing from one region of the country/world to another, I'd have to say the price is quite reasonable for what you get. $269 all-in per night for a unit with a master bedroom + loft with 2 nice sized beds seems fair, even though there's only one very modest bathroom. My core issue is the title of his listing: "Luxury waterfront family vacation rental." There is literally nothing 'luxury' about this rental. Nothing. --Luxury rentals don't have cheap uncomfortable bedding. Instead of nice cotton sheets, it's some crappy poly blend that creates sweat wherever your skin touches the sheets. The cheap fitted sheet fabric constantly slides off the mattress at the corners and the pillow cases are too small for the pillows so the pillows themselves a

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo. The size was perfect for our family of four. It was well stocked with the basics. The location cannot be beat! We had a beautiful view and were within walking distance of several yummy restaurants and cute shops. We were also close to the baseball fields (reason for our stay). The pool was refreshing after hot days at the field. Building was secure and safe. I would 100% rent here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay within the heart of Sandusky. The fishing was great, too!

Excellent location

We stayed 3 nights with our 3 and 5 year old. It was a perfect location for exploring the area. Loved walking to restaurants and to the jet express. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect stay !

The place is amazing, the area where the condo is location is perfect , waking distance to the ferry , all the amazing pubs and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were an awesome kicker . Met some great people that live there . Dan was great to communicate with . We will be back next season !

Sandusky/Cedar Point Vacation

Beautiful loft with great view of the bay and Cedar Point! We also enjoyed the downtown area with restaurants and beautiful landscaping around the public areas. If you are going to Cedar Point, it is a short drive or a 5 minute Jet Express boat ride which departs from the dock next to the Loft. If we return to Sandusky, we will definitely choose this property again!

Awesome Condo

This is a great place to stay. The ferry to Cedar Point/Put In Bay is right next door. So the kids were able to get back and forth from Cedar Point on their own. The condo looked like the pictures. It was very clean, easy private parking, and the view was wonderful. Dan, the owner, was very friendly and responsive to all the questions we had.
