NYC is an easy 25+ min drive w/o traffic or easy 35+ min train to Penn Station (train station walkable) - or attending the FIFA World Cup at MetLife Stadium, which is 7 miles away (20+ mins w/o traffic).

Guests can relax in the serene living room, and play piano, chess, watch SMART TV - Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, prime etc., or listen to music on Sonos.
