The Oasis is two freshly updated, self contained homes on one fenced lot in quiet New Port Richey: the 3 bedroom Pool House and the 2 bedroom BBQ Side. Together they sleep up to 10 in 5 bedrooms with 2 baths, so two families, grandparents and grandkids, or a work crew can share the heated pool and the yard and still each have their own kitchen, living room and front door.

The Pool House
The Pool House is the heart of the property. Its modern kitchen has black cabinets, butcher block counters, double wall ovens and a dishwasher, and it opens to a bright living area with a dining table set right by the windows to the pool, so whoever is cooking never misses the fun. The primary bedroom has a black four poster canopy bed, a ceiling fan and soft layered linens, and the other two bedrooms are calm and comfortable, one with a botanical accent wall and a view of the pool.

The BBQ Side
The BBQ Side is a full second home. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, a dining table under a pendant light and sliding doors straight out to the side patio and the big gas grill. Its living room has a navy sofa, a wood coffee table and a window looking out on the pool, and its two bedrooms are dressed in soft neutrals with accent walls and cozy throws.

The Heated Pool and Yard
Everyone meets in the middle. The freeform pool is heated, with a handrail for easy entry, a wide deck, potted palms and a white privacy fence all around, and there is patio seating under the big oaks for coffee in the morning and dinner outside in the evening. The fenced yard gives kids room to play, and the BBQ grill is right there for cookouts.
