Our family moved from Kansas to the Rio Grand Valley and we've loved living here. We're volunteer ministers and love hosting guests and meeting people from all over the world. We love the feeling of being at home and want to share that relaxing experience with others. Married 30+ years to the love of my life and blessed with 2 fun teens who love to travel and explore makes us feel very thankful. We really enjoy volunteering in the community as a family.

We chose this neighborhood because it is a centrally located town in RGV between Harlingen and McAllen in a newly built area. It's easily accessible to a HWY without being too close that you hear traffic. It's a quiet, safe, close community. Many evenings you see families out walking or playing with their children.

Kitchen is fully stocked & fully-equipped w/ quartz island seating, SS appliances, assorted spices & teas, kitchen aid mixer, pots/pans and bakeware, Keurig & drip coffee makers w/ coffee, blender/toaster & new large capacity washer and dryer w/ initial laundry soap pods provided for your convenience.
Bedroom 1: Upholstered King bed with comfortable memory foam Nectar mattress. Smart TV. Private en-suite bathroom has bathtub/ shower combo with rain shower head and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hair dryer and linens provided. Walk-in closet has plenty of space for all your needs and 3 built-in dresser drawers.
Bedroom 2: Upholstered Queen bed with comfortable memory foam Nectar mattress. Smart TV. Walk-in closet with 3 built-in drawers and connecting door to bathroom #2 that is also accessible through hallway.
