Newly Renovated Cottage - Steps away from beach

Come soak up the sun and be among the first to stay in this newly renovated 2-bedroom home! Perfectly located in Fort Myers Beach, with just a short walk down the street to the beach with access across the boulevard and just under a mile walk to Margaritaville and Times Square for shopping and dining. Open concept living area features a living room with a 65" flat screen TV and a sofa bed. Enjoy the peaceful backyard and BBQ on your gas grill.

* Fully equipped kitchen: Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
* Includes beach accessories: Towels, cooler, wagon, & backpack beach chairs.
* Pet free and smoke free
* Security cameras located outside only
* Spacious backyard with grill
* Regulation cornhole boards

***During the month of March pool construction will be taking place in the backyard. ***

Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Early check in or late check out can be purchased for $25 per hour.

*Pool Passes*
The DiamondHead Resort (5 minute walk) is currently offering a $20.00-$30.00 per day pool pass ($10 for kids 12 and under). Offer subject to change based on DiamondHead Resort terms and conditions.
Additionally, Margaritaville offers daily pool passes for purchase (15 minute walk).

Great location love the added pool hot tub area. Everything was new inside the unit was perfect for a family with two kids for a long weekend.

Beautiful home, great place close to the beach. Very clean, plenty of extra pillows/blankets. Loved the outside fire, especially during the chilly nights. Definitely recommend!

Very lovely and clean house. Easy walk to the beach. Host very responsive to any concerns. Would love to stay here when the pool is completed. Highly recommend.
