The Space:

The apartment has a studio layout: one open space with a small kitchen, dining area, living space, and bedroom. It is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. The apartment is attached to the main house, but it has its own private entrance (no interior access). It also includes a private backyard and hot tub, and can be rented separately or together with the larger property.



Other Things to Note:

This listing is for the apartment only. The driveway is exclusively reserved for vehicles of the main house. Apartment guests have a designated parking spot on the grass, as outlined in the check-in instructions.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. It’s located in a great location and a very safe feeling neighborhood. The host was always available if needed throughout our stay. They made the check in and out process very easy. They made it feel as private as possible with the little side yard for their guests to use.

This is a chic and well-appointed spot with nice decor and comfy amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, the bed is great, and the armchairs are very comfortable. The view to the lake is a little picturesque slice, and there's a decent walk to a neighborhood shared dock down the long road that gives a better water view

Beautiful room. Convenient to both Tybee and downtown Savannah. Loved the hot tub being outdoors with the lights along the fence. Rain kept us from the lakeside this time but I would definitely come back to experience more of what’s offered. Allen was quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommended.

The apartment and yard are great. The onlybissue is there aren't working lights for the stairs for coming/ going after dark requires your phone light.

Perfect little apartment for my boyfriend and I. The yard for the apartment was fenced separately from the main part of the house which was really nice for privacy. We only had to contact the host one time and he responded immediately. Would definitely stay again.
