Designed with comfort in mind, the space features a warm orange-toned living area, a comfortable queen bed, and a bright kitchenette perfect for light cooking. The unit’s thoughtful layout includes a private bathroom, inviting décor, and abundant natural light that creates a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this flat offers both charm and convenience in a central location close to Memphis’s top attractions.

Guests will have private access to the one-bedroom flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and a private living room for your own comfort and relaxation. Please note that there is an additional shared living room in the home, as well as a shared laundry area, both of which may be used by other guests. Parking is available in the courtyard behind the main house, with additional street parking nearby.

The home is located in the historic Midtown area of Memphis, a neighborhood known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, charming older homes, and eclectic character. You’ll find a mix of quiet residential blocks and lively spots nearby, with plenty of local restaurants, cafés, and bars just minutes away. The property is also close to Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, and other cultural attractions that showcase the city’s unique energy.

While the area has plenty of charm and convenience, it also reflects the authentic, lived-in character of Memphis, with a mix of modern updates and historic surroundings. Guests who enjoy being near the heart of the city while experiencing the flavor of a local neighborhood will feel right at home here.

Parking is available in the courtyard behind the main house, which has about five spaces shared with other guests, and additional street parking can be found nearby. Most guests use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft to get around easily, as many top attractions including Beale Street, Sun Studio, and the National Civil Rights Museum are just a short drive away. Public transit options are also available in Midtown, though having a car or using rideshare services will give you the most flexibility to explore Memphis comfortably.

The home offers self check-in with a secure smart lock, and a unique code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.

To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
