Great view at night on the balcony, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very close to things. Was able to walk to neighborhood restaurants and playground.

Austin Treehouse Gem!

The home was perfect for our Austin getaway! Check in process was easy and seamless. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend!

Great spot in Austin

A group of us were in town for work and super appreciated this wonderful home after long days on set. The neighborhood is GREAT, and we felt central and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location! My best friend and I flew into Austin from OR and PA to spend 3 nights catching up, shopping, & relaxing before my son's big wedding at a nearby country club for the upcoming weekend. I chose this big, lovely home for the 2 of us to have space and easy walks to great stores & restaurants, Whole Foods, and a fabulous e-bike tour that met up less than half a mile away. There were two big issues- first, the hot water heater was not functioning properly such that the downstairs shower had only scalding hot water that you couldn't regulate at all, while in the upstairs shower you could not get hot water without standing there freezing for over 10 minutes of cold water and finally giving up. This happened while trying to space our showers 5 hours or more apart & continued through to the 4th morning we checked out-headed to the Omni Resort to shower properly for all the wedding events! Also, the downstairs bathroom was very dark-we both used the upstairs bathroom to get dressed, do hair & makeup. The major problem was that 3 roof repairmen were allowed to work on the property the 2 full days we were there, loud power sawing, drilling, stomping on the roof right outside the balcony window upstairs when I stepped out of the shower, cutting wood right outside the door - no privacy and not quiet & relaxing at all. We had to talk to the roofers ourselves, not let them cut a hole, asking them to leave at 5 pm, agreeing to let them store tools.

Great house for our family. Convenient to all Clarksville spots and downtown Austin. Love the neighborhood. Comfy house and communication with property owner was excellent. Also has a million dollar view from the upstairs bedroom of downtown Austin.

Wonderful accommodations!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet, parking was not an issue at all. Close to lots of great restaurants. We truly felt at home here. The property did truly have a "treehouse" feel which added a nice privacy factor! They had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication could have not been better. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable home in the perfect location. Stayed here for almost two weeks for ACL and UT football. Walk everywhere. Cozy home with everything we needed. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Great trip!
