Welcome to Austin Songbird, a historic and beautifully updated home in the prestigious Tarrytown neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from Zilker Park and walking distance to Town Lake, this luxurious retreat combines timeless charm with modern amenities, perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking comfort, style, and convenience. With a private pool, mini putting green, workout room, multiple living spaces, and remote work areas, this home is ready for both relaxation and entertainment.

Living Areas:
Step inside to polished wood floors, soaring ceilings, and sunlit spaces. The main living room provides ample seating for gatherings or relaxing with a smart TV. A second living room offers cozy seating and space for reading or game nights. Multiple remote work desks, including a private office, ensure productivity for guests who need to check in from home.

Kitchen & Dining:
The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and a breakfast nook perfect for morning coffee. We were a big group of girls visiting Austin, and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and honestly the best I’ve ever stayed in. Communication with the host was super smooth and responsive from start to finish. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly, highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

The property is gorgeous and stocked with anything you could need. The check in & out process is super easy compared to some places Ive stayed. Communication with the property manager is great. My family and I enjoyed our short stay at this property very much.

The pictures did not do this property justice. I felt like it was way more spacious then then pictures. Nice and friendly neighborhood and the management team responded pretty quickly to all my needs. Would recommend and would def stay again.

Wonderful home

This is an immaculately maintained property with tons of space. We stayed for a business trip as we needed meeting space as well. Would definitely book here again on our next trip to Austin. Check in and communication with the host was easy and smooth.

Nice Home and Location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the charming and friendly Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin. The property was just as advertised—spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for hosting guests. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked great for our family’s needs. The management team and host were very responsive and quick to address any questions or requests. While the multiple levels and stair layout may pose a concern for some, the overall experience more than made up for it. This place truly has everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would book again!

GREAT communication and experience!

Our vacation experience at this property was not only great, but the hist had excellent communication! They quickly responded to any questions we had and checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The home was also very clean, and set up well for groups. I definitely plan on recommending this rental to anyone traveling to Austin!

Incredible home!

My friend and I came into town for a bat mitzvah and could not have been more impressed with this home. And it felt like a home. The pool was clutch and so refreshing. The spaciousness of the bedrooms, the quality of linens and towels; everything was top notch. When I had questions, the owners responded immediately and problem solved with urgency. They were amazing. I have already passed this location to friends!!!

Nice House of many levels with multiple steps /stairs

The house is very nice with plenty of room for guests. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well for our family. For us, the many levels with several steps up then down and weird spacing on the stairs was a significant safety concern. Additionally the mattress in the MBR needs to be replaced. It sags in the middle and the lighter person rolls into the heavier one. Not fun or comfortable. All guests except for one in twin beds complained about their mattresses being too soft. Realize that is a personal preference but for us it was uncomfortable.

Nice House

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The house was very nice and check in and check out process was easy. A couple items to note that wouldn’t deter me from staying again but were frustrating that we made just aware of were the listing said 2 of the 4 bedrooms had queen beds but they were actually full size which makes a difference when you’re sharing with someone. Also there was a pool which was the main reason for booking but it was covered and we didn’t know it was functional until we reached out and got instructions and then on Saturday, the day we planned to use it the maintenance company showed up with no notice around 11 am and spent over an hour cleaning the filters. Also it would be nice if the listing noted the pool is not heated. But again overall we had a great stay and I would stay here again.

Austin Adventure

The property and property location were excellent. it allowed easy access to all parts of the city and beyond. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but only minutes from downtown. Overall, I would certainly recommend this property to others. These next comments are not a criticism, I mention them to make the owner aware: the fire alarm in the master bedroom and immediately outside the door started chirping on a Saturday night. Although we found a package of batteries, it was empty. I went and bought some. It was not a pleasant night. The first two nights were unusually cold, yet we could find no spare blankets. The kitchen faucet has virtually no water pressure. The master bath sinks drain very slowly.
