Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We should have had the pool cleaned and filled and responded when you reached out—this is not acceptable. I’ll be investigating why service and communication failed and addressing it with our on-call team. I also apologize for personal items left in cabinets and toys in the yard. That does not meet our turnover standards; we will review the cleaning checklist and owner storage procedures to prevent this. We’ll also update the listing and photos to better reflect the layout and number of stairs so future guests know what to expect. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention—we’ve shared them with operations and the homeowner and will use them to improve.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. I’m glad to hear the house and kitchen worked well for your family and there was plenty of space for everyone. I completely understand your concerns about the stairs and the mattress comfort—safety and a good night’s sleep are so important, and I’m sorry those aspects didn’t meet your expectations. I’ll be sure to share your comments with our team as we continually look for ways to improve. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our property for your stay. We're delighted to hear that you had a great overall experience and that you found the house to be very nice. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the bed sizes not matching the listing and the unexpected maintenance of the pool. We will certainly take your suggestions into consideration for future guests and update the listing accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon for another enjoyable stay.
