Welcome to Four Palms, a lakefront(!) retreat in Seagrove Beach with serious vacation personality. The backyard is the star of the show: a sparkling pool with a relaxing sitting spa, wide-open lake views, and a fishing pier with a swing bed: the unofficial nap headquarters. Dreamy!

Professionally decorated, the vibes inside stay relaxed and polished. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms give everyone space to spread out, recharge, and pretend they’re staying forever. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a commercial ice maker that keeps the cold drinks flowing without a hiccup.

Eastern Lake sits just steps away, calm and inviting. Four kayaks are ready for sunrise paddles, quiet floats, or a scenic glide toward the Gulf. Feel like rolling instead of rowing? Hop on one of the four complimentary bikes and cruise through Seagrove, stopping anywhere that catches your eye.

The Gulf beaches, standout restaurants, coastal markets, and charming little shops are all close, making each day a mix of easy relaxation and choose-your-own-fun.

And for peace of mind, Oversee 30A is always nearby. Our local team is ready to help every day, with a 24/7 emergency line just in case something unexpected interrupts your perfect plan.

Beautiful home and great location!

This home is managed by 360 Blue, and they were very accommodating, tending to any issues we had immediately Location is great for families, very roomy home and beautifully furnished. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family vacation

We had a great time!!! The location was perfect.. located in a quiet neighborhood with in walking distance to beach. The pool & outdoor space was amazing and the reason we booked this property being that we were traveling with 3 children under 2.

Beautiful home! Great location!

This house was beautiful and spacious. We had 11 family members and had plenty of space. The pool was fantastic, especially with having a 1yr and 2yr old with us. The location to the beach was a very short walk down the street.

A great location in the most comfortable home

A true gem! This home has everything an active family wants when beaching. Our family enjoyed using all the outdoor amenities and loved the quite neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. We would highly recommend!

We loved the house, the pool, really everything! It was a little further from the beach than we realized but having the beautiful pool and the access to the lake was just perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the couple of things that we needed 360 brought right away.

Wow...is all I can say about this house, It was beautiful and comfortable. We had 12 people and we had plenty of room. We all felt like we would book this property again. Loved the kayaks and the bay access. We rented a golf cart and we had bicycles so we had the perfect trip.

Our extended family stayed in Seagrove for vacation and we had a fantastic time! The house was amazing. We had 14 total with 7 kids. We had plenty of space for the kids and the kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was beautiful! We felt right at home. The lake and beach activities filled our days and we loved every minute of it!

This house is a rare find with careful enchanting detail. Absolutely beautifully decorated, with every detail attended to- such a wonderful place to land with family, several families or a girls get-a-way! Very spacious! I have nothing but great things to say about the house, pool, lake access, beach access, and proximity to other things such as restaurants and shops.
