**PLEASE NOTE - ID verification is required before arrival. Because this is a residential building, building/security requirements require us to verify guest ID prior to check-in. We’ll send the instructions after booking—quick and straightforward. We only request the minimum needed to meet building requirements.

✅ For VRBO guests: You also will fill out a pre-arrival form and You will also be required to choose a waiver or security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions.
