Nice property

Given 3 stars because there’s a street lamp right outside the main bedroom which lit the room up so it was like sleeping with a light on all night. It needs some block out curtains or blinds up. We also couldn’t get into the property and had to phone the owner, the locks need looking at. Everything else was good, location was great.

Dunsborough Stay

The apartment was perfect with plenty of space both inside and out. The location was excellent with the beach a few steps away and shops, restaurants etc just a few more steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Have stayed at this property twice! Such a great location and tidy house to enjoy Dunsborough and the area. Would definitely recommend.

Short break

Check in was easy, no hassle. Home was clean, modern and has all the bits and pieces required when self catering. In a great position close to centre and beach.

Winter Long Weekend

The property is in the heart of Dunsborough & across from the beach. The property has everything you could possibly need & to comfortable. It’s our second stay here & was a great base to explore the south west. It can be noisy at night as you are on Dunn Street so can hear cars & people going pass.

Great location, lovely facilities

Easy to organise and confirm our stay. Amenities exactly as per description. Coffee shops and Dunsborough food options like the bakery and Occies and Oh Delhi all close enough to walk, beautiful Geographe Bay metres away. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Family Getaway

This property was the perfect location for our family holiday. We literally parked the car on arrival and didn’t use it again until we left four days later! Walking distance (for a 3 and 4 year old) to the beach, cafes, park and bar/restaurants. Our 6month old slept comfortably during both day naps and overnight with the ceiling fans keeping him cool and we really appreciated the portacot and high chair! The front garden was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while the kids played cricket and despite being on a main road, the traffic noise was non-existent when inside with the doors/blinds down. Thank you for a wonderful Summer holiday!

so clean and sharp!

This is the first place I have stayed in that had sharp kitchen knives. The kitchen was really well appointed and it was very clean. The only thing I could fault was the mattress which was very hard, a topper would fix it and make this the perfect house.

Fabulous Girls Weekender

Great location with a tidy and modern property. Having the 2 bathrooms was great as we were a group of 4 ladies! The only very minor thing that we were disappointed with, was that the gas fireplace shown in pics was not actually a part of the property listing so we were unable to use it. That aside, we still all enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again! ☺️

Great base for Margaret River

❤️ Dunsborough

We had a great short holiday in Dunsborough. The house was very comfortable and beautifully renovated and had everything that we needed. The only downside was because it was a public holiday weekend Dunn Bay Rd was very busy & noisy! One morning we were woken at about 1am due to a group skylarking in the park opposite :( Other than that everything was great!

In the large, well equipped, well located, clean, very enjoyable.

Air conditioning only referred to down stairs in the town-house. So first night after arrival in s hot day we all were very hot in our upstairs bedrooms. 2 of 3 rooms had ceiling fans plus we left sliding doors and windows open to encourage any through fraught. 3rd bedroom no ceiling fan, small, not able to get through draught, so very hot. A portable floor fan was provided next day which was prompt and well received. However if the hot weather had continued we would have had uncomfortable nights. I suggest “air conditioning provided” should mean upstairs and downstairs.
