Pet-Friendly Road Trip Stop with Sofa Bed

A private backyard fenced on all sides, so pets can be let out as soon as you arrive. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and ALLO fiber internet, with a private entrance and keypad entry at whatever hour you get in. Groceries and restaurants sit roughly half a mile away. One bedroom with a king bed, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room, so four sleep in real beds. The adjoining unit is also ours.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-Please deflate and put away blow up mattress if used.

I unfortunately was not able to utilize my stay but was able to check in effortless. And due to unforseen circumstances did not stay longer than 30 minutes. However, communication with the host was very professional and prompt. I had to check in much later than anticipated and had an issue but was given options very quickly and I really appreciated it. Although, I did not stay here fully this property was as described and the hosts communication and problem solving was far better than anything I've ever had to deal with in Kingman. Truly appreciate true customer service. I would recommend this rental to family and friends any day.

Everything was clean and new looking. The only thing that would have made it nicer would be some additional seating in the living area and a back patio.

The duplex was exactly as described and very clean! We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the close proximity to restaurants and shops—everything was just a few minutes away. We also loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Scott was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. All in all, it was a great visit.
