A: For fishing supplies, we recommend purchasing bait before arrival. The nearest marina is approximately 20 minutes away and is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

A: A trailer/boat can be parked at the public boat ramp a mile away. The lake house is on a dead end road making it too difficult to turn a boat around.

A: We do allow house-trained dogs upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss.

Respect the Property: Treat the house and grounds with care. Any damages should be reported immediately.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace and quiet of the area. No loud noise or disruptions after 10 PM.
Parties: No parties or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. This includes cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and do not leave them in the yard or lake area.
Safety Alert: The property features direct access to the lake from the backyard, approximately 15 steps with a railing. There is no gate or barrier to restrict access to the lake. Guests are responsible for supervising themselves, their children, and any guests at all times, especially near the lake. Swimming, boating, or any activities on or near the lake are done at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines when enjoying the waterfront.

Surveillance Cameras: For safety and insurance purposes, the property is monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras in front of the property. These cameras are in place to protect both the guests and the property. Vandalism to the cameras will result in charges for replacement and repair.
