Welcome to Bayberry Cottage—an airy, comfortable three-bedroom home just a short walk down a sandy path to a quiet bay beach. Located in the coveted Indian Neck neighborhood on a quiet dead-end street and surrounded by bayberry bushes and native oak trees, this is an easy, relaxed spot for families or couples looking for a classic Cape Cod getaway.
Inside, the cottage blends the charm of knotty pine walls with modern conveniences. You’ll find A/C mini-splits in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a dishwasher, and a cozy working fireplace. All three bedrooms have queen beds (one also has a twin), and two of them sit down a short hallway—great for naptimes or quiet evenings. The full bath with shower and bathtub are located on the main floor adjacent to the bedrooms.
Also on the main floor the open kitchen/dining/living space leads right out to the deck, where you’ll find a gas grill and seating for eight—perfect for post-beach meals. The front yard offers another great hangout spot with a picnic table, hammock, lounge chairs, and space for yard games.
Downstairs, the laundry room, half bath, and storage area are stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The private outdoor shower includes a separate dry area for towels and clothes—ideal after a sandy day at the beach.
Linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided. If you prefer to bring your own, just let me know and I’ll reduce your rental cost by $100.
