Located in a quiet and desirable East Mesa neighborhood near Eastmark, this beautifully maintained 4-bedroom home offers comfort, space, and convenience.Enjoy more of life with access to community amenities at Cadence. The gorgeous Cadence pool, gym and recreation areas. Several parks and pathways and breathtaking landscaping make Cadence among the BEST!

This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Mesa. Inside, guests find a tremendous king bed and three cozy queen beds, offering plenty of space for everyone. The home features 2.5 bathrooms making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure.

Enjoy a bright, open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Conveniently located near shopping, dining, golf courses, parks, and freeway access, you’ll have easy access to everything Mesa and the greater Phoenix area have to offer while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

Whether you're visiting for work, relocation, sports tournaments, or a family getaway, this home provides the comfort and convenience you’re looking for. We look forward to hosting you!

The home features secure keyless entry through a Vivint smart lock system. Guests will receive a unique access code prior to check-in. The code will activate at check-in time and deactivate at check-out for security. No physical keys are required.

For added safety, there is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door for exterior security and monitoring of the entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Please note: Access to the community pool, gym, and clubhouse is only available for bookings of 90 days or longer.
