Located within a 55+ community, this downtown home is the perfect choice for your next family getaway to Mesa, AZ! Upon entering this air-conditioned home, guests will come across an inviting living room with a brown leather sofa, a loveseat, and a flatscreen Smart TV. This is a great spot to unwind and share entertaining evenings with your friends! However, if you're more outdoorsy than this, you can gather around the gas grill in the enclosed backyard and barbecue some patties or veggies while sharing a fun conversation. Back inside, the kitchen will be waiting for you with great appliances and plenty of counter space. You will have everything you need to show off your cooking skills and treat your loved ones to tasty, homemade meals. Right by the four-person dining table is the Arizona room, which opens up to the backyard. This gorgeous home has two bedrooms. The house was so comfortable. Great beds, great living room furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and the area was easy to get around. We were only here for 3 nights, but would stay here again for a longer vacation without hesitation.

The overall house was clean and comfortable but once we got the bbq situation solved we had to go get our own propane. The listing stated “passes to pool available upon request “ They are NOT! So for two weeks in the hot weather we had no pool access.

Winter holiday in Arizona

Spent 3 weeks exploring hiking trails and breweries in Phoenix area. Great stay for reasonable cost. Would stay again or recommend. Suggest outdoor furniture to enjoy abundant sunshine and lovely rose gardens!

Comfortable and Clean

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Was in a perfect location for our needs with easy access to the major thoroughfares! Greatly appreciated the solar lights at the front door since I arrived alone and late at night! The kitchen was well stocked as well. Thank you!

The house was old but clean. Nice layout, not a very good back yard experience. House has a lot of small maintenance issues and if those are addressed, it would be a very nice place for the cost

Over all the home was nice. Could use a few up grades. Such as new mattresses on the 2 smaller beds and new chairs around the dinning table. But otherwise good.

Good location but some misleading information.

The positives: Beds, pillows, couches were comfortable. Ample towels and bedding. Kitchen tools, dishes, cookware, etc. were ample. Location was great for access anywhere we wanted to go. Home was clean. Neighborhood was quiet for morning and evening walks. It was nice to have a back screened in area. Price was reasonable. The negatives: False advertising: There is NO dishwasher and NO icemaker (unless you count the ice trays that you pour water into.) I had specifically asked about the dishwasher when booking as it was important and was assured there was one. Carpet is really worn and stained. There are just two chairs in the screened area and they are very uncomfortable. We bought an extra one to leave there. Owners had set the AC temperature at 76 and it would not be changed. We would have appreciated adjusting it to our needs. You have no access to the community pool, library, or other activities unless you pay their YEARLY fee per person, which is hundreds.

Hi, Arla! We're so happy to have your review as this home is new to us. All point central homes are kept at 76 degrees, but we can lower it if guests request it. More outdoor chairs have been recommended to the homeowner. Thank you!

Overall the property was a good location and was comfortable.

I had a few issues with the place. While being told 3 times there was a dishwasher there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. Or after a week I never found it. There was not a information book about the property. The tv in the bedroom unplugged and the remote needed batteries it took me a day to figure that out. I had to get my own batteries. The property said no smoking yet there where cigarette butts in the garage and I found one in the house, someone was not cleaning very well. The front security door needs a device on it so it does not slam. And both the front door the walk thru door to the garage need a good cleaning since everyone touches both of those doors. Communication with the management company was not great it took them a few days to respond to emails.
