Public beach access is a short walk away and you'll be surrounded by gorgeous coastal destinations. Issues upon arrival with some damages BUT customer service/ property owner did what they could to assist and responded very quickly. Location was excellent, the floors could certainly use a good deep cleaning and some furniture (specifically patio/dining room seating need replacement.

Great size and location

Home is a great size for our large family. Location is great also. Can walk to the beach, village and most restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay!

The house was great! It was a perfect location just a walk to the beach with downtown a short drive away. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in St. Simmons!

Family gathering

This was a great property for my family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The living space and kitchen was very spacious. The kitchen was well supplied. It was great to be a short distance from the beach and the town area. I would stay here again!
