Welcome to this beautiful and spacious townhome in Rehoboth Beach. Located just outside the city limits of Rehoboth Beach, this 4BR, 3.5 bath townhome offers a 4 level vacation getaway. It offers 3 outdoor living spaces along with an open floor plan on the second level with a well equipped kitchen and living room area for entertaining and relaxing. The amenities include a heated pool, fire pit, scenic walkways to the canal and picnic tables---all creating a resort-like atmosphere. It is within walking distance to downtown Rehoboth and the shops, restaurants and the famous boardwalk and beach.

In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

We had a great time staying at this townhome. Plenty of room, the furniture was very comfortable and the back decks facing the pond were enjoyable. Nice community pool and the location is excellent! We will definitely like to come back next year .

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhouse. The unit was exactly as advertised, the community is top notch (with a very clean, heated pool!) and the location is perfect - close enough to walk to everything in town but without the typical noise and traffic. Diane was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back!

This beautiful place was perfect for our multi-family group (5 adults & 4 kids)! Top marks for cleanliness, location, and friendly/communicative hosts. The neighborhood pool was great for younger kids when we didn't feel like hauling everyone to the beach every day/all day. A/C worked great, beds were comfy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Hosts were very upfront about no sheets & towels on property, so this was no problem. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was fantastic. The cleanliness of the property it was immaculate. It was inviting it felt Homie. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend again. We had a family of 7 to 9 people staying at the property and it was very spacious. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to book it again.

Super quite complex and very comfortable condo. We used the pool and it was warm, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Easy walking to a delicious bakery for morning treats. Highly recommend.
