We knew the area from previous visits hence the reason for picking here. Very close to Walmart etc, plenty of restaurant choices. Good road links to get to the theme parks. Those roadworks on the I4 though…..

Took a trip with my family & this has been the best rental we have ever gotten ! Very clean !! Very pretty ! And the beds were sooooo i mean soooo comfortable!!! I would love to stay here again next time !!

Perfect family stay!

Great place to stay while exploring Orlando

If you have a large family and want to stay at a home instead of hotel, this is a great affordable place. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in/out of the development and right near Orlando attractions. Nice public pool onsite as well. Bare minimums at the place, but was sufficient.

Excellent and prompt communication

The space was gorgeous clean and the host communicated the best of every experience I've had staying somewhere. An address to the actual gate should be provided Google led us to a gate without gate code input option and had to reach out for the address which was probably provided since the communication was A++

It’s was ok

We were only there two nights for Universal. Place looked as online. Furniture a bit outdated but clean Didn’t like the infestation of small sugar ants all over the kitchen counter & sink. Also was provided incorrect wifi info but we slept comfortably Be mindful if you go to nearby store late night, not totally best neighborhood but I’ve seen worst Made call about sugar ants was told someone would come to spray but did not come Over all was ok for a quick place to sleep for two nights

Great location

The property was OK, master bedroom had no available plugs in the actual bedroom for charging anything. We had little tiny bugs, smaller than ants in the kitchen, but not enough to call a worker for it. This is a mix of locals and rental properties. I believe, there were cars, parked all along both sides of the streets, making it difficult to navigate in and out.The garage has a pool table and ping-pong table that sits on top of the pool table… Which is too small to put up the net so I don’t know how that works for some. Overall, very nice but you can tell it it’s corporate run.

A estadia foi muito boa, em que pese ter havido alguns poucos imprevistos no imóvel locado. A conservação do imóvel e do condomínio ficou aquem das últimas duas vezes que me hospedei. Alguns equipamentos do imóvel não funcionaram adequadamente, entretanto, durante a estadia, alguns foram consertados, exceto a máquina de lavar roupas. No todo, a estadia foi muito boa e a indico para quem quer ter conforto, faciliade de locomoção e segurança.

I booked this property the night before me and my family arrived and the process was very easy and the place was cleaned by the time we got there the next day.

No don't go.

The property itself was decent, we didn't have any real complaints at first, until my child crawled on to the top bunk and pulled the cover down and the sheet was SO completely stained and brown!! We were SHOCKED. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom looked like someone threw up all over it! Not kidding!! It had chunks of gunk all over it. The area of town was NOT good! There are homeless people begging for money in the Publix parking lot and on EVERY street corner. There were 8....yes, 8 cop cars that FLEW into the neighborhood all at once and sat directly across from the place. They sat there steaked out for a very long time. They tell you not to park in the street or your car will be towed but there are dozens of cars lining the very narrow street making it difficult to travel through the neighborhood. When we left the property, I was sent a message that there was a stain on ONE small hand towel and they deducted that towel from our security deposit AFTER we had to deal with a disgusting shower curtain and disgusting set of sheets. The place needs painted. Walls are dirty and the carpet on the stairs is dirty. The Blinds on the sliding glass window kept flying off and they didn't fit the door. The pots and pans supplied are completely rusted and worn out. Don't use them. I don't recommend dealing with this company after they claim SANITIZED!! It's NOT! And they changed us for a little stain on a towel after dealing with the filth. How petty.

Nice property

This property is very beautiful and exactly same as in pictures. It is very close to all theme parks and nearby there are many shopping plazas. It is a new community and very quite neighborhood. Will book again for my next theme park visit
