An architect redesigned the layout to maximize comfort in the shared areas — living room, dining space, kitchen, and TV area — while creating compact, hotel-style bedrooms intended mainly for sleeping or kids.

In the heart of trendy Abbesses, just steps from cafés, boutiques, and the Sacré-Cœur, this beautiful apartment offers the perfect blend of Parisian charm and quiet comfort. Located on the 6th floor with an elevator, it features Eiffel Tower views, exposed beams, and a bright open living area — the ideal base to explore Paris.

The space

This is a warm, character-filled home with:

• Exposed wooden beams
• Sloping ceilings
• Hardwood floors
• A welcoming, artistic atmosphere

Important: The apartment is occupied year-round. While carefully prepared to welcome guests, closet space is limited. Suitcase stands and open “tringles” (clothes racks) are provided for convenience.

• Single bed on a mezzanine
• Can accommodate an adult, but perfectly suited for a teenager or child

Same note: standing upright is not possible once on the mezzanine

• 1 separate toilet for added comfort
