Located just 8 minutes from Reserva Beach, close to the best restaurants, markets, and shops in the area. It is also 10 minutes from the Olympic Park and 9 minutes from Recreio Beach, guaranteeing easy access to leisure and entertainment.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please pay attention to the following house rules and notices:



Use of the swimming pool requires a medical certificate, which must be presented to the lifeguard on site.



The barbecue area must be booked in advance by email.



To use the gym, it is mandatory to register with the administration and present a medical certificate stating fitness to use the equipment.



The mini-market in Block 1 is for common use; registration is mandatory and can be done on-site.



The reception is not authorized to store bags. If needed, you can leave your luggage at our agency.



Noise is prohibited after 10 PM (Noise Law).



The tenant must send a complete list of guests (name and ID) respecting the reservation limit. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, using different bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when transporting luggage or bath towels.



Upon leaving, ensure all electrical appliances are switched off. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$100/day, deducted from the security deposit.



Check-in from 3 PM and check-out until 11 AM. Check availability for early check-in or late check-out.



We provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Additional exchanges are charged separately. Damaged items may be deducted from the security deposit.



Toiletries (e.g., toilet paper) are provided only at the beginning of the stay and will not be replenished.



All guests must submit identification 24 hours prior to arrival.
