This airy, five-bedroom villa was newly built in 2025 and is second line to Playa Bonita, the most beautiful beach in Las Terrenas. Luxury linens and bath amenities will please the most discerning travelers.

A table seats 10 guests (we can book you a private chef!) The spacious, well-stocked kitchen will please coffee-lovers and foodies if you do plan to cook on vacation. Make a refreshing cocktail with a Breville juicer, Vitamix blender, and Samsung refrigerator that can make cocktail ice (whiskey balls).

Our property is within a secure gated community, although the town of Las Terrenas is quite safe. We also have a house watchman and gardener, Flaco, who lives in the casita on the property.

We do not charge extra for electricity unlike most villas in Las Terrenas. Please help us to continue to include electricity by using AC wisely, only when you are in the home. There is a wonderful breeze if you leave the doors open during the day, and AC can be used at night when the mosquitoes come out.
