**Other Details to Note:

-Home sits on a busy road, front bedroom will likely hear noise during rush hour times and weekends. Sound machine and earplugs provided.
-Half square/circle driveway fits 2 standard or midsized cars (not oversized). As is is on a busy street there is no street parking. If you have additional vehicles you will have to find parking around the nearby blocks
-If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $165 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 pets only if under 50lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. Dog bed & bowls available for use.
-Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $60.
-Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap.
Please respect our property. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Smoking of any kind $1500
• Unapproved pets $500
• Parties, gatherings, or events $1500+. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
• Unapproved late check out $250
• Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt found laying on the ground. No illegal substances.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine)
-Keep all doors locked at all times
-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Booking guest must be staying at the property
-Security cameras, including doorbell camera, are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules:
-Pet fee, per pet ($150) No cats allowed. Max 2 dogs under 80 lbs. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. If you instant book and do not meet this criteria, you will be required to cancel the booking from (your) guest end and will receive a full refund (if done at the time of booking). If you do not provide this information when asked, and it comes out later, your reservation will be cancelled and refunds will only be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy of your booking. No exceptions.
-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
-If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others in the building, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
-Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine)

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
