Historic Downtown Sanford sits right on Lake Monroe with brick-lined streets, award-winning craft breweries, locally owned restaurants, live music, and a Saturday farmers market, all within a short golf cart ride from the house.
The Riverwalk runs 4.5 miles along the waterfront and connects to parks, playgrounds, and the Central Florida Zoo just minutes away. It has the charm of a small Florida town with easy access to Orlando, Daytona Beach, and some of the best natural springs in the state. It's the kind of neighborhood where you park the car and don't need it again until you leave.

The pool is maintained at 78°F and available for optional heating if you want it warmer. We also offer a golf cart rental as an add-on so you can cruise downtown to the breweries, the Riverwalk, and the farmers market without worrying about parking. It sleeps up to 8 guests with two queen bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms, perfect for families with kids or groups of friends. Dogs are welcome too.
