Rent a golf cart and cruise the brick-lined streets like a local. 20 min north of Orlando, easy access to theme parks and beaches, with a laid-back downtown most visitors never discover. We are pet-friendly!

This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home with 1,400 square feet of living space in Sanford's popular Golf Cart District, just minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford, the Riverwalk, and Lake Monroe.

Excellent Communication with host! House was very neat and clean, we had everything we needed! Downtown is a cute area with all types of different restaurants. We went to the Daytona 500 so little jump on the highway and we were there

The Riverwalk runs 4.5 miles along the waterfront and connects to parks, playgrounds, and the Central Florida Zoo just minutes away. It has the charm of a small Florida town with easy access to Orlando, Daytona Beach, and some of the best natural springs in the state. It's the kind of neighborhood where you park the car and don't need it again until you leave.

We also offer a golf cart rental as an add-on so you can cruise downtown to the breweries, the Riverwalk, and the farmers market without worrying about parking. It sleeps up to 8 guests with two queen bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms, perfect for families with kids or groups of friends. Dogs are welcome too.
