Downtown Condo on Hopkins By Aspen Go!

Summary:

Aspen Haven is a fantastic condo that is right downtown! We just fully re-decorated the whole place in a more modern style and have added some thoughtful amenities for our guests like bedside chargers and more seating. You will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private ground level patio with walk out access to your parking spot. The bed layout is king, king, king, and we have one cot available upon request. STR Permit # 068826



The Space:

Upon arrival, you park in the back and go up 2 steps to make your way to the condo entry. There is an easy to use door lock code to access and when you enter the primary bedroom is to the right. The hallways also has a washer/dryer closet and a coat closet. To the left of the entry you will find the space opens up to the living, dining, and kitchen area and the living room gains access to the patio. At the end of the hall, you will find the 2 king guest bedrooms. One bedroom has an additional cot for guest use.



Guest Access:

The door has a lock code for easy access.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located on East Hopkins and is walkable to the downtown area.



Getting Around:

You can walk downtown, you don't need a car here. You can also take the bus easily. The downtown area of Aspen is very walkable and there is a bus station, Ruby Park Transit Center, that has free bus services to all of the four mountains in Aspensnowmass.



Other Things to Note:

There are hot tub quiet hours posted that must be followed.
