PowderHaus at 5280 - NEW TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT with BRAND NEW HOT TUB!!

Experience mountain luxury in this newly renovated ski-in, ski-out retreat with direct access to both Upper and Lower Shawneehaw ski runs. Designed for adventure and relaxation, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home combines comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience.
Step inside to a warm and inviting living area complete with a cozy fireplace. Enjoy stunning long-range mountain views from not one, but two expansive decks.
Outside, soak in the brand-new hot tub as you take in the scenery.

The space
You will need 4x4 AND/OR Chains during the winter months. Our house is located right next to the slopes and roads get hit hard with snowblowers. Roads are salted and plowed frequently but if there is an active snow storm I would recommend coming prepared!

Parking available for 2 vehicles only during the peak winter months and 3-4 with no snow accumulation. Please ensure you park in the proper spot labeled 102 Galax. Parking in the street or neighbors spots will get you towed. Snowplows must have access to clear the road!

During winter months, please leave all ski/snowboarding equipment outside under the covered deck. We have gravity grabbers installed to store equipment.

We have just installed a brand new Viking Hot tub that seats up to 7 people. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. Please ensure the cover is placed and secured by all 4 latches after each use. We have very high winds and would prefer to keep the cover intact.

We are right next to snowblowers so snow does accumulate on the decks very quickly. We will have someone shovel decks frequently but snow shovels are on sight when needed. Please have windshield scrapers handy.

Roku TV's in all bedrooms plus living room.

Luxury towels and linens provided.

Toiletries provided (bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, papertowels, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, trash bags)

This is the perfect place to stay with friends and family while skiing at Beech. Literally next to the chairlift! The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing and loved the chairs to people watch. Made our double birthday celebration a wonderful memory for the fam. On the chairlift people kept saying oh I'd love to rent THAT place. On top of that, the beds were comfy and the kitchen and bath was well stocked. Thank you so much! We will be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at PowderHaus. The home was clean, the hot tub was clutch and we mostly enjoyed being the center of attention when we spent time out on the back deck having a cocktail or throwing the football with the kids. This is true ski in and ski out and was a dream. Meghan was amazing to work with, excellent with communication and made sure we had all the details for our MLK weekend getaway. So many people asked us about the house and told us they had tried to get the house, we felt like we wont a prize. 5* will book again.

Great location with ski in and ski out access. The host was very friendly and responsive when we needed anything. The hot tub was a nice after skiing all day. Our family and some friends enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay here again!

Host was wonderful and the house was amazing! Looks just as nice as the pictures! Had toiletries, spices and all the dish ware in order to cook, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergents.
