As of December, we are proud to announce that we are now the new owners of this stylish 4-bedroom retreat featuring a fun-filled game room, relaxing private hot tub, and a cozy outdoor fire pit area — perfect for making memories with family and friends.

If you need room for a larger group, our original Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway is located just across the street! When both homes are booked together, we can accommodate up to 23 guests — perfect for family gatherings, reunions, or multi-family vacations.

Both homes offer easy single-level living with plenty of complimentary flat parking—no steep, winding, or slippery mountain roads to navigate. Each property features a spacious driveway plus access to our extended 70' x 25' private parking area, perfect for large trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles. It’s an ideal setup for guests visiting Pigeon Forge’s popular car shows or traveling with extra toys and friends!

Location is everything! And let me tell you, our spot couldn't be better—it's right at the heart of Pigeon Forge. We're conveniently situated within walking distance of "The Parkway," just 0.5 miles from the main strip bustling with attractions and restaurants. Plus, we're less than a mile from "The Island" and the Pirates Dinner Show, and a quick 10-minute drive to Dollywood. Our cozy abode is nestled right in the center of all the action, only 1.3 miles from the LeConte conference center in Pigeon Forge, 1.8 miles from Country Tonight Theater. If you're up for some thrilling entertainment, Dolly Parton’s Stampede is just 2.2 miles away.

Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee in the three-season room, then kick back and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Step outside and enjoy everything our Tennessee home away from home has to offer! After a day of hiking or exploring the Smoky Mountains, unwind in the private, covered hot tub (seats six) or cozy up by the fire pit on the beautiful paver patio. For those who love outdoor cooking, the covered grilling area is perfect for family meals or evening cookouts. Younger guests will love the playground and swing-set, providing hours of fun in a safe outdoor space. Concrete paths connect all outdoor areas, making it easy to move around. With so many options for relaxation and entertainment, every moment spent here is designed to create lasting memories.

Location\Roads\Parking:
Our home offers easy access via paved roads for both cars and motorcycles. Parking is spacious and versatile, accommodating up to four vehicles, including trailers. Because we also own the property across the street, additional parking is available if needed. In total, there’s a large driveway and an extended 70' x 25' parking area, suitable for trailers, boats, or multiple vehicles—perfect for guests attending Pigeon Forge’s local car shows.

Pigeon Forge is a mere minute's drive away, while Gatlinburg is reachable within 15 minutes. Nearby amenities include a Dollar General store, and a Kroger and Publics supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, the cabin is ideally situated within a 5-10 minute walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, granting swift access to downtown attractions and amenities, including a local trolley.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Pet Friendly:
Pet-friendly with a maximum weight limit of 40 lbs (up to 2 pets), accompanied by a pet fee. There is a medium-sized kennel for their comfort on site. While pets are permitted, we kindly request that pets refrain from accessing furniture such as couches and beds, to avoid additional cleaning charges incurred by the renting occupant should our cleaners notify us otherwise. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste appropriately.

In November , we turn Modern Mountain into our Smokey Mountain Christmas getaway, making a of your holiday dreams come true. Thoughtful touches throughout the home enhance your holiday experience. It's the perfect blend of modern style and Smokey Mountain charm for the holiday season. We'll even share our Christmas list of favorite attractions and shows with you, as we've spent the past week exploring them ourselves. We’re just a 5-minute drive or about a minute walk to The Island, home of Winterfest and a variety of holiday attractions, shows, restaurants, and an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration featuring music, fireworks, and much more. Christmas is celebrated in the Smoky Mountains with parades, lights, music, shows and festivities as early as Nov 1st to well past Valentine’s Day.
