Apartment Capacity



The maximum capacity includes both adults and children over 2 years old. Please adhere to this limit to avoid any issues upon arrival at the condominium.



Free Parking

Your reservation includes one dedicated parking space. Each unit has only one assigned spot, and the use of additional spaces is not allowed.



Please note that vehicle access for visitors or friends is not permitted within the complex.

This apartment includes a dedicated parking space exclusively for guests.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome with an additional nightly fee. We kindly ask that you let us know in advance, as not all of our units are equipped to accommodate furry companions.



The development has 24-hour security at the main gate, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment during your stay.



Use of the pool and gym is permitted Monday through Friday only, in accordance with the condominium’s regulations.



To use the meeting room, a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance at the building’s front desk.



Please note that the condominium amenities are not managed by Ratito, so any maintenance or usage rules are determined directly by the building.
