Welcome to Powderhorn! One of the most sought-after condo communities in Boulder and perfect for the traveling professional. Located in the north Boulder neighborhood of Gunbarrel (near Celestial Seasonings), this 2-bed, 2-bath condo is comfort and charm with loads of natural light, new appliances, Nest thermostat and smart lock for keyless entry. The second bedroom can flex as an office with a loveseat or convert to a bedroom with full-size bed (please advise ahead of time so we can set up as a bedroom).
The resort-like community includes a year-round hot tub, tennis courts and seasonal pool (May-September), with tons of mature trees and greenery.
For dog and outdoor lovers, you will be steps to the off-leash dog park, which boasts a food truck series in summer, and miles of walkable/bikable trails nearby, as well as Twin Lakes, and 3 local breweries, 5 minute drive to Coot Lake and Boulder Reservoir.
Easy commutes to downtown Boulder/Pearl St (15 minutes), CU Boulder campus (15 minutes), BCH (10 minutes), Longmont (15 minutes). 45 minutes to Eldora Ski area, 1.5-2 hours to Summit County ski resorts (Copper, Breck, Winter Park, A-Basin) and 45 minutes to Denver International Airport.
Parking is free and ample (uncovered), local bus service direct to Boulder's Pearl Street central terminal. NOTE: This rental is 30 days minimum. Daily rate works out to about $2850/month, may be reduced for rental more than 30 days)

Welcome to my Powderhorn home. I lived in this condo for 3 years before putting it on Vrbo and moving to nearby Lafayette. What I love about this place are the welcoming and thoughtful neighbors, dog park just across the street, and the sense of community I feel here. Not to mention it's best of both worlds: close to town while being right on trails.
