Amazing vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home provided a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The property was spacious inside and out. The kitchen area had everything we needed to provide great meals for our group. The decks and pool were enjoyed on a daily basis. Access to the beach made it easy to talk daily walks. Charleston was an easy drive and had an incredible variety of historic places to visit. We especially enjoyed the horse drawn carriage ride and our visit to Boone plantation.I can’t say enough about East Island Rentals. They went above and beyond to make our stay one I will long remember!

Amazing Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House fit our needs perfectly! Very clean and extremely quiet home. We had plenty of space for all 13 of us and never felt cramped. Never heard anybody moving around early in the morning as we had some early risers. First rental that that has ever happened in! Only complaints were that the fireplaces did not work, the upstairs sliding glass doors were very hard to open and even harder to close. We would for sure still book this house again if needing to.

Perfect location and spacious rental home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a dear friend’s daughter’s wedding. There wee 5 couples traveling together. This house was perfect. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms in the house. The rental included 2 dishwashers, 2 toasters, several coffee makers/Keurig and 2 micro waves. You can tell it was set up for a large amount of visitors. The pool was lovely and the beach was steps away. We all had an amazing time. Highly recommend.

C Breeze Paradise

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at C Breeze several years now and love its location, it's spacious bedrooms, the pool, and of course, the beautiful beach and ocean views. The home has everything a large family needs to have fun, eat and sleep comfortably and enjoy the ocean at your toetips. Older generations can sit on the porch and watch the fun and get around with the help of the elevator.. we rarely leave the house because groceries can be delivered in the kids are fully entertained by the beach, the pool and the huge covered garage/skating ring below the house. But if one wants to explore, the Isle of Palms is a beautiful quaint village Charleston and all of its wonders are close by as well.We love this place and you will too!

Beautiful View- Needs Updated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, the view and the spaciousness of this home was perfect. We had 15 adults, 2 children and 1 infant and we were very pleased with the set up of the home, the bedrooms, the living spaces, etc. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the kitchen and dining area as well. The pool and the easy access out to the beach was fantastic. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the island very fun. The house certainly needed some updates and some TLC. We went at the end of July and needed management to come out twice to deal with wasp nests that were in many locations. One guest was stung several times. Also one dryer was broken and when we arrived, some lightbulbs were burnt out, there was still some trash in the house when we arrived and a moldy shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. The grill had only one side working. Management did come out and were always nice and helpful. We loved being here as a family and had a wonderful time but felt for the price of the rental, these items should have been taken care of before we arrived. We would stay here again but would want to make sure everything was in order before we came. IOP did not disappoint in any way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was good...the area of the beach is very private but still within walking distance of downtown. The number of bedrooms is the reason we chose the house and that worked out well. The house has a lot of space. The house does need some improvements though. We were unable to use the elevator for most of the trip which was one of the main reasons we chose the house. My parents had to sleep on the first level because the elevator wasn’t really working. Also the grill was not kept up and took a very long time to cook our food which was basically every meal. The bathrooms were a bit dingy and the shower curtains were moldy. Some very easy fixes could have been done to keep the house updated. The dryer did not have a start button and could not be used. They do have another washer and dryer upstairs which was great. The pool was very nice but the area by the pool was very lacking. Compared to the other houses we have stayed at on the street, there is no shaded area to sit and we couldn’t sit by the pool without being in the pool. There is plenty of area to add this but it is not being utilized very well. I would recommend this house for large families who need the space as long as they understand the issues they will encounter for the price they are paying.

The Perfect Family Vacation place

Wonderful family reunion home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is PERFECT for family gatherings. All the rooms are huge-so much bigger in person than in the pictures, especially the media room. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 3 coffee pots, and a huge icemaker make the kitchen perfect. Great ocean views with super short walk to the beach. The elevator is awesome! Highly recommend!

Best at Beach

Great mid -year Managers meeting with 9 Managers and orhers. Very well maintained home. In the best location. Close to Sullivan island restaurants and Charleston 15 minutes away!

VMI vs Citadel football extended weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this same house for many years because it adjusts to our aging family! It has a room with separate beds for boys who refuse to sleep together, big bedrooms with room for cribs, a second living rm with sleeper sofas for surprise guests and teens who want to game late into the night. There's a fully stocked kitchen and extra frig for growing eaters (and drinkers), two separate porches, each with comfy outdoor furniture, because sometimes you need your space or you want to read and nap in the shade outside. And now we appreciate 2 bedrooms downstairs for our aging members; NOT to mention easy access to the perfect beach and ocean, and pelicans that fly by promptly each afternoon at 4:45pm.The house is popular and is next to the ocean so there is wear and tear, but the sliding doors open easily. It never smells moldy and the fans, 2 dishwashers, ice machine and grill all work. What more do you need? The cosmetics of the pool definitely need attention, but the water is well maintained, AND East Island is always available. Jill and Christy and Matt are incredible. They make sure we have propane and a tea kettle every year! There are many rental agencies around, but they are a big part of why we come back again and again to them.
